Mad for MAAD
We going to be playing very soon at Red Dot Design Museum for MAAD. It’s a new venue for us so that’s great. Better yet, it’ll be a one hour set. I often find around the 35 minute mark is usually when the mood is set, so to be able to play on after the build up is super. I may be over-analysing this. Do check out the event if you’ve never been to one. It’s a lovely flea market type thing, beautifully done, with mainly original arts and crafts rather than say fake DVDs. It’s so lovely that I fear Shelves might be too loud for it. I hope I don’t apologise too much during the show.
The show is organised by Andy Yang, who incidentally also did a nice interpretation of the Shelf Man for the poster. You can check out his exhibition “Passions” currently at Shots Cafe.
